What you need
A phone each. One person starts a game, picks how many couples are playing, and reads out
the code. Everyone else types it in on their own phone.
The idea
You both see the same five things, like pizza toppings. One of you puts them in your
own order, favorite first. The other puts them in the order they think their partner chose.
Then the two orders are shown side by side.
Putting them in order
Tap your first pick, then your second, and so on. Each one gets a number. Tap a numbered one
to take it back. When you number the fourth, the one left over is numbered fifth for you; if you
take one back after that, tap it again to give it a number. When you are happy, tap
Lock it in. A locked order cannot be changed.
Scoring
For each of the five, two points if the guess put it in the same spot, one if
it was one spot off. Up to ten a list. There are four lists, and you swap who ranks and who
guesses each time, so the most you can score together is 40.
With other couples
Every couple gets the same list. Nobody sees another couple's orders until every couple has
locked theirs in. Then all of them are shown together. The couple with the most points at the
end wins.
Nothing you put in order is saved
No accounts, no email. Your names and orders live only for the length of the game and the
room deletes itself afterward. There is no way to go back and read them, on purpose,
including for us. The game keeps one anonymous count a day of games started, games finished
and taps on the subscribe button. Nothing in it identifies you or your game.
